Rebirthing Ourselves

A Sacred Drumming Intensive Series with Dede Alder

A six-month journey of rhythm, ritual, trance dance, surrender, and rebirth.

What if you could shake loose the parts of yourself that feel stuck and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of life, the Earth, the Divine, and your own sovereign creative power?

Rebirthing Ourselves is a six-month sacred drumming intensive designed to help us move through the layers of our past, reconnect with our authentic selves, and intentionally birth new versions of ourselves into the world.

Our primary focus will be the powerful yet subtle frame drum—a vessel for rhythm, connection, expression, and transformation.

Through the study and practice of frame drumming, ritual, and sacred authentic trance dance, we will create a safe and sacred container for expression, surrender, empowerment, and deep personal transformation.

Together, in a circle of women, we will explore the archetypal journey of mother and daughter—learning to become both the ones who mothers ourselves and the ones who is reborn. Through this process, we will explore our own “immaculate conception”: the intentional creation and birthing of new possibilities, identities, and ways of being.

This is an invitation to listen deeply, move freely, drum from the heart, and step into the next chapter of your life with intention and grace.
