Okay, I’ve changed my mind.  I shifted my thinking.  Why haven’t things changed yet?  I am waiting, patiently.  So hurry up and shift.  Oh well, might as well turn on the tube.  Maybe CNN or Fox news will show me the changes I know are on the way. 

 

How often do we give up because our vision isn’t realized as quickly as we had hoped?  Nobody said this was going be easy.  It is kind of like holding your breath under water.  Every once in a while you have to resurface to take a deep breath so you can continue on with your exploration.  There are things under water that you would never see if you didn’t take the time to hold your breath and explore.  Hold on, hold your vision, take a deep breath and explore.

 

I have been watching the prayer bowls we have in the store and just noticing that before Christmas, the gratitude bowl had more slips of paper in it than the prayer request bowl. It is reversed now and that is okay..  We always hold your prayers and gratitude’s with the highest regard.  Again I’d like to say, “Hold on, hold your vision, take a deep breath and explore.”   I have been adding a monthly suggested focus on the mirror above the bowls.  These are from “I Can Do It 2009 Calendar” by Louise L. Hay.  This month was profound for me and I thought I’d share.

 

A new level of joy is awakening within me. 

I feel new seeds germinating and sprouting. 

I am beginning to see the world with fresh and joyful eyes. 

 I apply my new perspective to every task I perform, and everything goes well.

 The Rune for March is: Nauthiz: Constraint

 

Picking this rune in March of 2009 is no surprise… Its message is that it is time to pay off old debts, restore balance, practice moderation and to use this time of difficulty to rest, reassess and prepare for the spring to come.

 

To me, this rune also suggests that we are not quite done with the financial and political woes that have grown from our own past imbalances or lessons… And also, N authiz suggests that we shouldn’t spend any time or energy feeling sorry for ourselves… We should simply do what is needed to live responsibly and compassionately from this day forward.

 

Nauthiz: Constraint says: “This too shall pass!” and it will pass much more quickly and much more gently if you and I practice a little moderation and refocus our thoughts toward our positive futures rather than a past which has been judged (quite unfairly, I believe) as negative.

The card from the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck for March is: Transformation (Reversed)

 

Have you been dreaming of change? Judging by our recent elections, most Americans have and judging by the reaction of our global community, the rest of the world has been dreaming o f change, too. This card of Transformation indicates that the changes we have focused upon are now happening… So the question that begs response is: What are you thinking and feeling the majority of your time?

 

Every thought has the potential to manifest reality. Every thought filled with emotion, manifests more powerfully. And if you focus your thoughts for more than the usual 7 seconds (33 seconds seems to be the magic number) and imbue the entire effort with emotion, manifestation is almost guaranteed. And if you focus your thoughts for 33 seconds while permeating them with unconditional love… voila! We have paradise!

 

So why is this card reversed for March? Because it is trying to emphasize that many, many people are depressed, scared, fearful, angry and confused… and this is creating chaos. Did you know that one enlightened being can counterbalance one million who are not? To turn this card over… to create positive transformation beginning now… be the enlightened being radiating love and light!

 

It’s not your job (probably) to be a saint, nor is it your job (probably) to save the planet… but it is your job to bless your own life and to save yourself. This month’s Rune and Psychic Tarot combination reinforce the importance of our personal efforts and the opportunity we all have beginning in March to change the woes which have plagued so many lately.

How can I be aware of duality, but stay neutral?  That is the question all serious spiritual students are asking in the light of all that is going on in the world at this time.  "In the world, but not of it" is how the Master put it.

How do I perceive the pictures of the third dimension (which are the energy of duality and separation in expression) and yet not enter in to them?

As students of Truth, we must stay neutral in our judgments.  The negative event, circumstance, or person that I have become aware of, is neither good nor bad in its true essence because Source is Omnipresent.  What we are seeing is a mind interpretation of the event, circumstance, or person, that is; the material sense of it (versus spiritual sense of it or truth) based on the belief in duality and separation (third dimensional energy).

This does not mean we simply ignore some gross injustice, or pretend not to see what is going on in the third dimensional world.  It means we stay centered in truth at all times as we do what needs to be done. We may have to speak firm words, or take strong steps, but we do it always from a level of unconditional love.  That is; from the realization that the person, place, or thing we are dealing with is in and  of Source,  that is;  a Divine Idea in expression  no matter how  low the energy may appear to be.

Moving into non judgment does not eliminate joy, for joy is the energy of alignment with what is real; completeness because of Oneness.   Reactions indicate judgment.  When we react to a person, place, or thing even as small irritation,  that tells us that we are carrying a judgment of some sort; a concept as to the rightness or wrongness of something (duality).  This is when we must ask ourselves; "What am I believing that is making me feel this way?  In the light of what I know to be truth, is this belief correct?"

We then no longer enter into joy because we believe something is good or bad, but because we are now aligned with our completeness.  If I believe my completeness lies in the world concepts of what is good and what is not, (TV ads) then my joy can come and go.  But if my completeness lies in the realization that I am already complete and whole by virtue of my oneness with Source, then my joy is forever and will manifest in those forms that would bring joy to me which may not be the same as what would bring joy to my neighbor.   

We are permitted preferences.  It is our Divine right as free will beings to have preferences, they express our individuality.  However, when we choose, select, or even teach on a level beyond third dimensional duality, our choices begin to reflect a non judgment born out of Truth.  

We must be very honest when asking "What am I believing that is making me react or feel this way?"  Reactions are guide posts which show us our path toward spiritual maturity should we choose to stand back and honestly examine them.  They are indeed gifts to be used wisely.

I have spent a big part of my life looking to resolve problems and make my life "better"...how many of us do this unconsciously?  In doing so, I have learned that if you look for flaws, you will most certainly find them!  Is there a bigger picture than what we have been taught to see?  Is there more to us and this life than always looking around the corner for the better opportunity and easier way? 

In my searches to find answers and more specifically, to find myself, I have noticed that if I continue to chase a dream with the underlying intention of finding the problems involved, I will attract those very problems..  But if I search inside of myself, allow my Universal connection to guide me and fill me, the destination becomes a very small part of the blessing because I connect to receiving so many other blessing along the way!

Sure, things don't always go exactly the way I would like them to, or exactly the way I think they will, but does that have to a problem?  What if a problem is just something unexpected, a surprise?  How many times have "problems" showed up, only to reveal a greater gift down the road?  This happens so often, but if our minds are set on having things our way, to a "T", then anything Spirit brings that may be an even greater blessing becomes a problem! 

I'm discovering my internal Source, the part of me that is quiet, still, faithful and abundant, and as I allow that part of myself to surface, problems seem more like opportunities for surprised blessings!  The more rigid I am with my intention, the more I materialize problems...and we are taught that problems are not good, are bad and need to be resolved.  I no longer wish to carry that thought pattern or belief, because in trusting myself, our Source and the Universe, I can allow my own spirit to move in a free-flowing fashion, loving myself and circumstance.  Funny, I then start to notice the many blessings that are already in my reality!

On another topic, there is an amazing, funny and interesting book that I discovered here at the store that really gives us a better picture of what the Archangels are really like...I absolutely LOVE this book!  I read much of it already and have found it to agree with my many experiences with the Archangels!  Because we tend to look at the Archs in a more serious nature, this book opens up a more fun, practical and humorous side of them... Words are very powerful. We've all heard that; read that. Just one word in the morning can put a smile on your face all day, or slice you in two and send you back to bed.

Of course, it’s not the word we are reacting to, but our individual beliefs about the word.

I love to read and write, often with a dictionary within reach. Just as often, I assume I know the meaning of a word. In conversation, I think I know what I'm talking about, and I assume the person with whom I am speaking knows the meaning of the words that they say. Sadly, this is not always the case.
