We wish you happiness and joy this day.  Now we know you (and Kafi) have become accustomed to just one of us at a time popping up to give you love and answers but today we come to you as a whole. What we can offer you individually is in no way as powerful as what we offer you together!  We have watched over and loved you throughout this lifetime and before.  We see the beauty of your hearts and endeavors in ways you would not believe.  You have all come so far in clearing, releasing and reclaiming those hidden and neglected parts of yourselves that you have made those dark and gloomy predictions of your future become nothing more than waves of smoke.  Celebrate yourselves and your accomplishments.  Take time to savor how far you have come and stop crushing your light with what more you should" (yucky word) be doing!  We ask that you truly in this time of hurry up and go faster that you take the time to become one with all of us truly BECOME THE STONE!  Stop, be still, and just be.  Breathe dear ones. Be as one of us. Let the noise of politics and fear fade.  Let couda, shouda, wouda become your new swear words.  Vow to never repeat them out loud or inside of yourself again.  Be still!  Let the peace of quiet become your new favorite song.  Know as we do that these times too shall pass to be replaced by all the beautiful gifts you've all been intending so long.  Hold love and peace close to your heart.  If any choices you have to make do not contain these two elements then you will know your choice is already made.  Be still and let the song of the rock elements, each and everyone one of us wash over you.  As we present to you the sweetest newest song of one of the greatest newest member of the stone clan.  YOU.  Now listen!  Isn't that the most beautiful song you've ever heard?  Sshh!  Quiet!  Listen! That beloved is the sound of you. You are the stone of the Year.

 The Universe has called me to a "re-positioning" of my household to downstate Michigan, just in time for the Holidays!

In my two wonder-filled years here in Traverse City, I have come to know and love a multitude of people, places and things unique to our "neck of the woods".  I can't imagine my life without them, and my intention is to visit as often as possible.

 I will still be writing reviews for the Newsletter (thanks to the world of technology) and setting up a schedule for readings and healing energy work thru the Higher Self on future visits.  My good friend, Stevie Cole, will be returning to facilitate the monthly Ascension Discussion Group, which will meet again on Thursday, January 13, 2011.  

 I feel honored to be a part of this vibrant spiritual community and look forward to being in service for the Highest Good of All That Is.

One of the Secrets to Improving Your Life is…Asking for Help!

Most people have something in their life they would like to improve or change, but actually creating change is rare.  In fact, so often people will recognize some problem in their life for a long time before they are actually ready to take steps to making improvements.  Why?

Even the most intelligent person, or the most worldly person doesn’t know everything they need to know to improve their life.

But as human beings, we tend to use the “trial and error” method in life, often taking similar approaches to solving problems time and time again and not recognizing (or admitting) that we may just not know enough about the problem (or what caused it) to be able to fix it.

Let’s face it, we tend to be stubborn and use the “I can do it myself” attitude to our problems.

We either don’t want to ask for help because our little (or big) ego’s are afraid of being judged or we think that we should know enough about things in general.  It really doesn’t sink in that we can save ourselves a lot of time and energy if we just did our homework on the subject or asked for help from someone who might know more than we do in a particular area.  I, myself, am all too familiar with trying to do things on my own, and after ten years of it, I have finally realized that it just makes more sense to use someone else’s experience to help expedite achieving results.

Asking for help does not mean that you are a failure or are weak or stupid.  In fact, sometimes asking for help is the smartest and hardest thing you could do.

In my profession, as a coach, hypnotherapist and a reader, most of my clients express that they have tried and tried to understand something or change something for a long time on their own.  After becoming exhausted and extremely frustrated, they finally gave in and reached out for help and they always glad that they did.  So keep in mind that when we experience problems or want to change something, we don’t just naturally know what to do or how to do it.  Sometimes the biggest challenge is acknowledging that we don’t have to do it all on our own.  Picking up a book is often much easier than approaching an actual live person and asking for help.  You can do a lot on your own, but you don’t have to because there are many resources available these days that can and will make your life so much better and easier.
