Newsletter Take Responsibility ~ Take Action Take Responsibility ~ Take Action How many times have you had a new thought or an Ah moment and shifted the way you looked at things? How easy is it to stick to your new belief? It takes practice and daily action to keep the momentum going. There have been times in my life where I have changed my thought about something and had to struggle to keep moving forward to hold onto this newer grander version of myself. Sometimes it was just easier to just go back to my old thought because I knew what to “do”. When you change your mind, your path changes too.
There are shifts happening all around us. It can even be painful to hold onto the old way of thinking which makes the things we “do” on a daily basis seems trivial. Who are you going to “be” and what will you “do” is the question to ask yourself. No one can fix it for you this time. It is time for each of us to hold our own torch high and declare our divinity. What does that look like? Only you know what is right for you.
Take a Stand…Take Responsibility…And then Take Action. Allow yourself the freedom to know all the way to your core being that you are somebody who can make a difference.

Message from The Arcturian Group
Greetings dear ones, once again we come to wish you a very happy holiday season in all that you celebrate at this time.
 It is an important time for all on earth, for as we have often said, you are quickly moving into a new dimensional energy. The energies of Light now pouring into earth will only increase during the coming months. Be aware of this, for it is bringing to a conscious level all those issues needing to be looked at and released in order for you to integrate the new energy. Because of this, you may experience intense emotions that confuse you or you may have odd aches and pains. When this happens, go within and ask, "What am I believing about this?" or "What experience is this emotion bringing up for me to examine more deeply--what is this trying to tell me?" These are the questions to ask yourselves, for these experiences are not just happenings with no purpose. Please do not say to yourselves; "I am so depressed, I will take a pill", for in that, the lesson will be lost and will keep reappearing until it is seen for what it is. Often the same issue will appear in many forms until you begin to understand the underlying message. Energy and clearings are now reaching critical mass for those choosing to proceed deeper in their spiritual evolution. Now is the time to look deeply at everything still holding you in bondage to what is old and finished. At this point, every emotional event in your experience is trying to help you uncover and release anything that could act as a barrier.
It is time for all seeking ascension to come out and be separate. That is, to practice what you preach, read, study, and know. Each bit of truth must be lived in order to come alive and thus become your state of consciousness, then more will be given. Truth cannot simply be read and appreciated, then left to wither on the vine, it must be practiced and lived until it becomes your state of consciousness but this is your choice, dear ones. We realize that we say this often, but it is because it is vital now that you choose either to move forward or stay in what is finished and evolve at a later date.
Your job is to work on knowing who and what you are. Meditate, ponder, and live each day from your highest sense of truth and it will unfold deeper and deeper. This then will manifest in the outer as the new, the higher, the truer, Light of a new world order.

Allowing Expectations to Dissolve
Expecting an outcome. What happens when our reality does not meet our expectations? We all know the answer to this one. We are typically disappointed or even angry. We may begin to go into a story of how life sucks or how someone or something has victimized us. Yes, we know about this aspect of expectation. But what happens when reality meets or exceed our expectations?
 Living life from the present moment doesn’t include expectations – it only includes curious discovery. It is being engrossed in the experience at-hand. There is no room for expectation. Therefore, even with an expectation that is met, we are building an erroneous story that we are “right.” Who is this “I” that is “right?” Any story that supports a past, a present or a me is counter to living life in the present moment.
Fully immersed in now, there is only pure experiencing. Watch all expectation fall away as you keep with this present moment.

Hello Rocketes and Rockhounds
You all have now gone through the gate of the 11-11-11. Even those don’t believe have stepped into the new wave. Some may have experienced it with titanic portions while others like gentle waves. Whichever way you went through it was perfectly right for you! No matter how different it was for each of us, it has brought us all to that place of facing F(alse) E(vidence) A(ppearing) R(eal). For those who prepared for it felt excited without knowing why, they felt great though nothing has outwardly changed. And now you are experiencing the fear of not being afraid (isn’t fear sneaky). You’ve now come to that place where you must walk your talk and you begin to doubt that you as a human can truly be the great gift that we’ve all been waiting for!
How can my reality be so real, when everyone is going crazy? Because we are all the gift that we’ve been waiting for, even those who don’t believe it yet. Especially you who have so much fear about not being enough, not being needed and not being special. These are untrue statements, we can’t stress enough how untrue they are.
 So we give to you our brother Sunstone to guide and remind you of how bright and truly wonderful you are. This increase of energy will bring all of your fears out into the light to be released and transformed. Sunstone will help you to release that pain, that fear and that lack of belief in your true being. Sunstone will clear all the chakras, not just one. It will return joy when you feel dark. It will increase your self-esteem and intuition gently and greatly. And yes some of the people you love my fight wakening up by trying to keep you asleep. Bless them and let Sunstone release their hooks from your heart and solar plexus. It won’t allow them to continue draining your energy. Keep a Sunstone with you when you know your going into a situation where you have a hard time saying no. No more sacrificial lambs.
Let me rid you of that old nag - procrastination. Keep Sunstone with you and all will be carried out in the highest light. Let me turn that feeling of failure into success. That’s it little darling here come the sun! Lay yourself down in a grid work of Sunstones and feel those aches and pain flow away. What are you waiting for? Reach for the sun and give up the sad sack seasonal depression. I’ll make your winter fun again. Reach for me. I’m much closer than the sun and I wont burn you!

Playing the Game
On a lazy Saturday afternoon during vacation, we were sitting around playing a game called Skip-Bo. The object of the game (in order to win, of course) was to get rid of the 30 cards in your stack. The strategy in winning was to not play cards that would allow another player to play a card off their stack.
 During the fifth (I think, I kinda lost tract) game I had a thought come to me about changing the intention of the game. As this idea developed it became more and more uncomfortable to play the way I had been playing, which was basically a cut-throat strategy. So, for the next game, I presented this idea: The intention of the game is to play in such a way as to help everyone else to win. You still had to follow the rules, and you absolutely had to play the card at the top of your stack if it could be played. I called it taking care of yourself. One of us became quite disturbed at first, not because she didn't want to play with that intention, but because she no longer knew how to play. Changing the intention changed the strategy, and she had the strategy on how to win the game the way it was played before down pat. There were no rules for the new intention; the rules of the game remained the same. There was a little confusion as we focused on playing the cards in a way that best served the other players. The old strategy had to go out the window! Where the focus had been on the "most important card" being the one on top your stack and playing all the cards possible to get that card off the top of the stack, that stack now actually became a nuisance. That card sometimes blocked another player's chance to play their card, which blocked them from winning.
