Share The Love
Something I have learned over the years is if you want something, give it away. “How can I give away something I don’t have?” was the first question I asked when this concept was revealed to me. Lack is a form of fear. Love is greater than fear. So if I give away what I want most; Love, Respect, Compassion, Joy, and Abundance it will return to me? YES!!! When I reach out to others and give what I want most, I am affirming to myself and the universe that there is plenty. We collectively are living in a time when reaching out to our brothers and sisters is exactly what will lift us out of the fear and back to our true nature which is Pure Love.
I invite you to share with us in a community event we are calling Share the Love scheduled for February 14th, Valentines Day from 10 am – 8 pm. We are gifting you with an opportunity to reach out to others by bringing in non-perishable food items for our local food pantries. We are also gifting to you an opportunity to receive by offering FREE mini reading/energy work/ massages from our staff and other volunteers. Can’t make it to our event? Greetings Earth Cousins,
Well I’m sure you’ve all been watching the events going on in our world trying to decide if you want to stay and play or take the next shuttle out to ANYWHERE. Most of you reading this have been lightworkers so many times before you can do it with your eyes closed. But even those who realized how much it was going to take to birth this brave new world couldn’t have imagined the amount of fearful energy that would need to be released. And now that it is floating loose all around us, it feels ten times worse than any of us could have dreamed. Don’t despair we’ll get through it. And making it all a lot easier and graceful is your friend LABRADORITE. This beautiful, sometimes green most often blue stone is one of the most powerfully protective stones there is. It brings in so much light that it is impossible for negative energy to hold against it. Carrying it helps to raise your consciousness, to align fully with the universe. It will prevent energy leakage by forming a barrier between you and those who suck away your energy, intentionally or by sheer need. I’ll help you to access your purpose and gently guide you to the perfect energies you will need. Therapeutic sessions will go deeper and give better results with me around. I’ll help to keep you calm in moments when extreme emotion will not do. I am one of the most dedicated stones you can have when it comes time for change and transformation. That time is definitely now. I’m not bragging, look me up for yourself. I’m simply here once again to remind you that Spirit did not send you here alone! We never wish for you to suffer. This is Sacred Love Month
Which goddess is the symbolic replacement for Cinderella? Cinderella, with a reality twist, that is. I mean, no one just lives “happily ever after.” There is a whole lot of scary and rewarding emotional and mental tar to lurch through even in the midst of enlightening, happy and magical times. Someone really screwed us over by telling us all those faerie tales that leave out the adventure of persevering through hard times with the Prince.
So, which goddess is it? And what about that Prince? Who are they? Let’s look at Eros and Psyche: The god of erotic love and the goddess representing the beauty of the soul. The connection between and the importance of sex and spirituality (sacred love) and the journey from immature love to the love of a present soul combined with a passionate body are what they represent (perseverance.)
Check out the story of Eros and Psyche on your own, but I will be happy to give you a quick synopsis of their tale:
Psyche and Eros are lovers. She never sees his face, until suspicion creeps into her and she attempts to see him by the light of a candle. He is a god and has chosen to keep the two equal by remaining in darkness around her. Since she buys into her fearful and immature suspicions, Eros leaves feeling controlled and limited. Meanwhile, Psyche has been envied by the goddess of love and beauty, Venus (representing the gateway into mature love and real beauty.) Venus puts Psyche through a series of trials to show worthiness. Psyche passes with the silent help of her love, Eros. The growth through each trial pulls the two lovers together and allows Psyche the ability to rise up into goddess status per Venus.

This Valentine’s Day, which has to do with LOVE and relationships, reflect on your place in combined spirituality and sexuality. Note the trials of immature and fearful love which may have brought you into higher and deeper levels of a more trusting god/goddess status. Examine the difference between times you really showed up and persevered through tough times with your love and the times you chose immature behavior instead. Be willing to surrender to the LOVE between you. Not just with your Eros or Psyche, but with your friends and family and all relations. In doing so, you are practicing Sacred Love.

Revealing Our Essence!
Have you ever been reminded to "appreciate what you have" or have you tried using a gratitude journal? My husband and I have been looking at some of the more common issues that keep people from living in their true essence and one of the most surprising deceptions (and distractions) that we found are appreciation and gratitude! Consider the following information because if we do not truly see where we are at then it is usually hard to experience our conscious desires consistently. Resisting or denying where we are tends to keep us in some form of denial of our true beingness! So, what about appreciation and gratitude? We have convinced ourselves that we should be grateful, and shouldn't we? Nope. Why not you ask? :) Because appreciation and gratitude are actually considered to be "negative" because they stem from fear and lack. I was stunned when I heard this from Bridget ("Isness") because we are taught to appreciate what we have instead of complaining about what we do not have. When it was explained, I was told that appreciation and gratitude are actually forms of "relief". When we experience relief, we are relieved because we have a fear (or concern) about something not coming into our experience (lack). For example, I had a student ask me, "Aren't you grateful that your husband appreciates you?" I thought about it for a moment, and responded with, "Yeah, I'm relieved because I feel loved. If I weren't appreciated, I would probably feel unloved." Another example would be getting unexpected money from somewhere, feeling "good" about it, or grateful, could be coming from an underlying fear of not having enough (which is fear & lack). I realize it sounds odd, especially because of the logic we have used to apply gratitude and appreciation, but the next time that you find yourself grateful, replace that word in your head for "relieved" and see what you notice! Then look for the fear that might be sitting there! And remember that these experiences are not wrong or bad, but understanding what is what, can truly help to bring out your personal power! The act of focusing on what we are grateful for is just a form of denial of where we are currently because if we were in our true essence, believe it or not, we would just be joyful... and grateful wouldn't even occur to us. "If we are not experiencing love to the grandest degree, then we are in some form of resistance to it." Denial: The realization of fear more than love Fear: The illusion of the absence of God & love Resistance: Pretending that you & God are not all powerful & that imperfection exists Resistance is like denial because just as denial is more fear than love, fear is an illusion of no God or love. Can you see how we give our power away? Seeing the fear & lack behind the drive to be appreciative is actually extremely helpful because then you can start to have realizations about the fear & lack which would allow your experiences to start to change! Other tidbits of interest: Guilt: an expectation of rejection (fearing being blamed which is the circumstance but expecting rejection from the person who may blame you...rejection being the experience). Worry: an expectation of failure Judgment: the denial of a need (consider self-judgments too) Need: The illusion that you are alone & are not all powerful Looking at your expectations (and even writing them out so that you are clear on them) can lead you to see what the drive is...because expectations also stem from fear & lack. Don't be fooled by the idea that if you look at or consider your fear, you will create more of it because that is not true. Be aware of yourself and allow yourself to call a spade a spade, because that is where your power sits. We are all in some kind of illusion (denial) because our essence is abundance and love. Unveiling the denial of that essence is part of our journey! The denial (or what it is composed of, worry, judgment, etc.) is not bad, is just is. Seeing it, and hopefully any identifications you may have made with it, can help you release the limitations that create your experiences and TAKE BACK YOUR POWER!
