We have changed the word worry and now call them Comfort Stones. Just feel how changing one word will change the energy of your thoughts. What if for just today, instead of saying “I have to…fill in the blank we change one word. Try saying “I get to…fill in the blank. Try using different words in the blanks and see how this shifts the energy in your body.
Let’s play! I have to go to work. I get to go to work. I have to spend time with family. I get to spend time with family. I have to clean the bathroom. I get to clean the bathroom. Keep playing. I know there are all kinds of words swarming around in your head. Pick a few and see if your vibration rises just a little bit. Feel better? Just changing one word can shift the whole meaning behind your thought.
Now let’s talk about that word “Should”. This is one of my least favorite words of all time. When I repeatedly use this word, it feels like slime dripping on my head. Yuck. “I should…fill in the blank. Let’s play again. Try filling in the blank with words like…lose 20 pounds, stop smoking, and spend less. Did you feel the heaviness? Yuck. Okay, now try…”I will…fill in the blank. Words have power and your body believes every word you say. Choose your words wisely…even those we don’t speak out loud.
I have kept this in the first person by using the word “I”. But you know we all have those thoughts about other people too. And sometimes we even speak them out loud to them. Just for today imagine that every time you think or speak out loud words like “You, they, he, she” and follow it with the word “should” that you are pouring a large bucket of slime on their head. How do you think you just made them feel?
 Dr. Masaru Emoto water crystals photos show how our words affect our energies. Not only ourselves but those that we speak them to. And what about those words we don’t speak. Just for today, play with your words and notice the shift it makes in your mood and those around you!

Message from The Arcturian Group
Greetings dear ones from those of us who watch with great enthusiasm your journey into the higher frequencies. We see you awakening from your dreams of the old-that which has always been, and embracing new ways of understanding what life is about. Of course there are the many who choose to remain in what they have always known, but most are beginning to question and look for new answers to the issues they face.
 Many are now beginning to intuitively feel the unreliability of those sources of information which heretofore have been considered true. We see you beginning to use your intuition. Each of you has guidance within your being which you experience as intuition. As you begin to trust these inner nudges, you will start to experience your life issues unfolding in new and higher ways because your Higher Self, and your guides are now a part of your choices. You see, it has been a matter of your own choice through ignorance, not to include these primary sources of guidance.
Your intuition is guiding you to choose truth, and although at present the outer appearances may be very difficult for you, always let your first step be the recognition that you can never be separate from your divinity. You can never in life or death, sickness or health, rich or poor, be separated from that which you are! Rest in that dear ones, and let that be your very first action; then proceed to take the human footsteps necessary for the particular task at hand. This is how you change and move beyond the old and outgrown belief system. The only heaven or hell there is, is what you create for yourself though your state of consciousness.
Meditation is important because it opens the the door to your Higher Self. It says; "I am ready, show me the way". In the old energy, much rite and ritual was taught as being necessary for meditation-- (light the candle, chant, sit this way, do this do that). All of this was simply to get the student into the energy that is now flooding the planet. It is no longer necessary for meditation to be a chore. All these tools were simply to raise the individual's energy to that place where they could rest in the silent realization of "I and the Father are one". It is that resting in an absolute "no-thingness" which is "every-thingness". This moment of realization, is the goal of meditation-- not pictures, not messages, nor psychic experiences although these things may happen. Paraphrasing Edgar Cayce; "Meditation is like riding up in an elevator and as the doors open at each floor you see interesting activity taking place. Those who choose to stay and get involved in the activities of each floor, will never get to the top".
Dear ones it is time to start walking the walk instead of just talking the talk. Many think because they read books, have taken or even teach classes, and understand spiritual principles that they have arrived. Knowledge is simply the first step, you must live it. It then unfolds into that which is new and higher and not known on earth yet.

Signs, Or Lack Thereof
The importance of signs, as well as the consequences of the lack of signs, has been joyously and painfully brought to my attention. Here is a picture of the Higher Self Bookstore just a few months ago. We could easily direct customers here by saying "look for the purple awning!"
 The owners of this building decided it needed a face lift, and we were actually quite excited about it. The first thing they did was take down the purple awning. The second was to remove our address numbers. Almost immediately people were calling to find out where we had moved to, did we close? - they couldn't find us! How many looked for us, didn't call, and went on their way with their own assumptions - no idea. We grabbed markers and created temporary signs for the window, because the owners promised they would give us new signage (that was three months ago). But as you can see, we've practically disappeared. Dear Friends of the Higher Self, new and old, we are here!!!
 But the numbers don't lie - sales are down a full 25%, so it has become quite obvious the importance of signs!
Personally, I have been paying closer attention to signs these days. Ever notice how you complain about the billboards blocking out the scenery, until you need a sign! Driving back to Michigan from Florida with my folks, it was time to stop for the day. We needed a suite with a couch for my Mom, and bam! - a billboard for a motel with suites! Then Dad said a Bob Evans would be good (cause Mom loves their crepes), and bam! - Bob Evans billboard, same exit as the motel with suites! Dad said something like, "now how did that happen?" I said, "we got angels, Dad!"
