What an exciting time spring is. So much activity after a long cold winter. I have been moving at such a fast speed that I forget sometimes to stop and enjoy life. If I ignore the soft whispers to slow down, spirit always finds a way to slow me down. This time it was a fall which laid me up for a few days. Take away the use of my legs and force me to ask for help. Louise Hay says in her book “You Can Heal Your Life” joints represent changes in direction in life and the ease of these movements. The affirmation is “I easily flow with change. My life is Divinely guided, and I am always going in the best direction.” I will post that on my mirror and remind myself to flow with the changes and know that where ever this crazy, wonderful journey called life takes me, I am always where I should be. I think my other lesson was a reminder to ask for help. I don’t need to do everything all by myself. Louise also says knee represents pride and ego.

The Energies of May

The Rune for May is: Fehu: Possession, Nourishment. This Rune speaks of fulfillment, success and personal achievement… Yahoo! After a long Michigan winter, that is very good news! And beyond that, Fehu indicates that May will be filled with the nourishment of Divine energy and flow.

My guides have been teaching that the planetary shift is complete and we are actually living in a 5D or Universal Dimension reality- now! Fehu confirms this.

So why hasn’t life changed? Well – you know the words – because: Energy follows thought and thoughts imbued with feeling (which is another word for prayer) creates your reality. If your life has not begun to change, chances are you are thinking the same thoughts and feeling the same feelings and living from the same beliefs as you did before the shift.

This May, let Source nourish you with fresh, new flows of energy, thought, belief – and with that one tweak to your life, your entire world will change.

The Osho Zen Tarot Card for May is Healing

And just as the Rune for May promises success and nourishment, the tarot card for May promises Healing. If you apply this energy to any old thoughts, feelings or beliefs, you can open your life to healing at all levels and in all aspects of your reality.

Yes, certainly, the Healing card indicates that physical healing is available at a very intense level this May, but that Healing can also be applied to the emotional, mental, spiritual and etheric as well. How? In your own conscious and subconscious minds, clean out any beliefs that are erroneous or archaic and replace them with beliefs that are vibrant in this post-shift era.

If you’re unsure how to identify the outdated beliefs, simply pay attention to your life. Wherever something is negative or simply feeling bad, there is an old belief that needs release and replacement. Simple! Think of it as spring cleaning for your Soul!

I wanted to briefly share two of the most common suggestions that have been made by Spirit Guides during readings recently so that everyone can benefit during this time of energetic transition. Speak your truth! Become more expressive whenever possible, so that you can continue to flow with the energy that is welcoming you. Be loving, but be truthful. Claim responsibility for your experience, emotionally and otherwise, but express yourself fully. You may decide to take a few moments to ground yourself before becoming expressive so that it can be easier for you to be loving, but as we are all on the same merry-go-round, the individuals that you express to might very well need that interaction to assist them with their transition as well. Be fair to yourself and others by not holding back.

Be with nature as much as possible, because Mother Earth is becoming much more obviously involved in our evolution and she thrives on assisting individuals with connecting to higher sources of energy. Mother Earth also holds one of the keys to manifest ting with the Feminine Energy, which promotes allowing and trust. Mother Earth is a powerful love source, so take time to be still within her embrace, breathing in her essence slowly and deeply to allow her healings to resonate within your being. Breathe her in, caress her offspring gently as you pass by the luscious leaves tempting you on the trail or in your own back yard.

Happy Beltane...Happy Spring
I am going to talk about war and fire and fertility and blood. (Can you handle it?)

Can you smell the deep dark dirty Earth? Our Mama waking up? Do you smell the water and the Earth? Can you hear the springtime sounds and feel the buzzing vibe? There are three who came to me just now. Three who want to bend your ear (and mine.) Three fabulous archetypes calling to be remembered and acknowledged and seen playing out their roles in your world.

The Green Man is one. He can look different ways as he shape shifts his way through your day...a budding leaf, a blooming flower, a blessed breeze. You can almost hear his song lulling you into brighter, more active days. You are almost seduced by his tantalizing and fragrant breezes stroking your neck, stroking your hair, moving you along. He is waking up your senses, your dormant passions, your wild side. Do you feel the desire to dance? to sing? to make love? He is working you, the Green Man. And he is connected to all plants through all lush seasons yet he would like to bring your attention to a few around your yard today:
Violet and Dandelion
Tender greens which taste so wildly delicious in your salad...bright flowers which give your heart and mind such a boost of creative flow. Wild, creative flow. Violet for opening your Intuitive Center and Gold to give you the courage to follow that Intuition!

You ready for this? Saint Joan (of Arc) would like you to hear about war. No, baby. We ain't talking about bashing what's happening here in our world right now. Saint Joan, in all her fierceness would say for you to allow yourself to mourn what is here to be mourned, yet see what battle is being fought within you in each moment of each day. Our Sister is geared up in her armor and in the midst of the rage. She is in full force fighting for the Light of True Compassion which resides in the place where there is no separation. Joan begs us now to stop looking to the outside to change and to begin to seize every moment available to turn within and notice where we are, ourselves, creating disharmony, dis-ease, and distrust. She charges forth on her powerful steed claiming that her fight will go on until all realize that we each must take responsibility for our part in the outer reality we face. This is a message we have received before, yet, Joan asks us to go deeper. This is not about marching against the war or anything that seems wrong and evil to you on the outside. If there is still a place that exists within you that could use more attention on the Stillness from which all true Peace and Harmony exude, there is no marching, protesting, advocating or conserving on the outside that one can do which will make up for this lack of Awareness. Turning within toward the One Unchanging is the only way to get all the outside to line up. Joan asks you to drop all your beliefs about who you are and what mission you think you are on and to surrender it all back to the Holiest of all Battles...the one where you are battling against your true Self. Joan is a part of us all which battles til the end. She is a Bodhisattva and will not stop until every one of us wakes up.

You will not see the weed which is connected to our Saint Joan for a while yet, but when you do, remind yourself of this message about war. Her flower is Saint Joan's Wort (Saint John's Wort). And isn't it interesting that this oil heals burns like nothing else I've seen?

The next archetypal sister we will connect with here is Brigit (Bridgit). I wrote about this powerful womyn once before, yet Beltane is her day! Uuh la la! Fertile, workable soil, spirit and womb. We use compost in our garden and what about the Blood? Nourishing, nurturing, birthing, death, life. Blood is a sign of life, of fertility, and sometimes of death. The fire festival of Beltane (May Day) is a time when these things are felt and it is a time of committing to a lover, getting pregnant, growing a garden, or whatever other good cause or endeavor you may be drawn to. And now we are on to Fire. Cleansing, purifying, baptizing, binding, releasing, transforming, transmuting, power.

Let me tell you about Brigit’s message today:

Come to me now. Lay by my side. Touch me and tell me of your dreams. What is your heart's desire? What seeds do you wish to sew? How can I participate in this with you? How can I support you? Draw the picture for me. Tell me in detail and lay the plan. Then, let's seal it with a kiss. We can dance around the May Pole sealing in the fates of all those we dance with, binding us together in community for the highest intentions of all good things. We can jump over the broom or the fire to seal a commitment to walking this path together for this year. We can share our vision with our community and we can celebrate with them too. This is the time for these burning desires to fulfill our purpose and to support one another in meeting this end as well. Come. Lay by my side and let me stroke you. The Green Man and I will listen and hold you and let you cry about what blocks your way and we will show the path which is clear. Come let me burn away the lies that bind you and transmute them into clarity and momentum toward Truth. We will be Cosmic Lovers. I will inspire you and remind you. Come. Unwind from the Illusion and break free from your pious shackles. Celebrate the Spring, the Green Nation, the Sun, the Earth, the Fire, the Blood, the Air...and the return to Self.

This is a quote from The New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. Align your personality with your Soul. This has really hit a cord with me. Over 15 years ago while attending a personal growth class I was asked to state a measurable something I wanted in my future. My answer didn’t satisfy my instructor by it was what I wanted above all else.

Serenity in my Soul. I could not explain what it looked like I just knew it was what I wanted.

As I’ve written about in previous articles I worked on Forgiveness for many years. I forgave my Father for dying when I was 11 years old, my mother for constantly telling me what “I should do”. Then there were my husbands who didn’t love me the way I thought I needed to be loved. My children for taking my resources. And yes myself for being the victim in all that has happened to me. I learned with forgiveness I could accept and appreciate all the lessons of my life that had made me stronger. I learned that I had to be honest with myself and others in what I was willing to accept into my space so that I didn’t have events where I had to forgive myself or others. Or if something happened that I needed to say I was sorry for to do it as soon as possible so that fear and guilt didn’t fester in my thoughts. I learned to Laugh at myself and find Joy in the smallest of things.

Part of this process is to challenge negative thoughts. Put some space between yourself and your ego. Be an observer to the events in your life without judgment. Take a deep breath before you react to a situation. Know that it is possible to be “at Peace”.

Then the growth of my soul reached a point where I could feel Gratitude for anything that happened to me. So as I align my personality with my Soul, Serenity happens.

I know that there is still a long road ahead but there are not so many detours now. I pay more attention to the signs and enjoy the trip.

My daughter gave me plaque that hangs in my home that I’d like to share with you. When I read in I put it in the first person tense.
