If Not Now ~ When?
Most of the time when I look around my world and see things that need changing…I look within to see where I need to change. I say most times because sometimes I forget that what I see is a reflection of myself.
 Within that reflection there are both ‘positive’ and ‘negative’ aspects of myself, some that I wish very much to change and others that I wish dearly to keep the same. Change is hard, but change is also good in a way that reflects my inner growth, and love for myself and others around me. When I find change that reflects my reality it opens up doorways and windows into a world where love and acceptance can thrive and live without the hindrance of old and worn out habits.
Habits are part of what hinders my ability to change. I often think to myself “I want to change, but I’m unsure about how…” in that statement I reflect and unfortunately resort to what I know and essentially do nothing. When I do nothing I am blocking my own energies, not allowing myself the pleasure of change, the answer to this is simple. I don’t need to know, I just need to do. I need to trust what I feel and I need to take action on that, or those feelings. Life is never wrong, I just need to trust.
Life can be hard, more often I make it harder than it really is, but when I trust in Life I find that it is easy and that I can find the answers I so desperately search for within myself. Life is forever changing and to stop or postpone the change that is required is in essence, refusing to live. I remind myself that I am living, and I remind myself that change, however large or small, is beautiful on the inside and out. So, if not now….When?

Rune for February 2012
Hello everyone! I hope you had a wonderful January, it definitely flew by! As January passes into February we are well on our way into this highly anticipated 2012.
Gebo
 Gebo indicates that a partnership, in some form, is at hand. This can be, but is not limited to romantic, business or friendly partnerships. What new partnerships may be on your horizons? As we approach your new enterprise, Gebo also reminds us that, within this new partnership, the individuals need to honor their own space even as they come together. Remember to let “the winds of Heaven dance between you” and your partnership will become that much stronger for it.
Gebo also asks us to consider another facet of partnership, your relationship with your Higher Self and with the Divine. Gebo reminds us to see the Divine in all things – that God always enters into equal partnerships. Approach these new endeavors with an open heart, unconditional love and an excitement of where on your path they can lead you.

 It pairs well with our Rune draw. Drawing the Maiden signifies new potential and growth. What better to pair with a new partnership? Spontaneity, joy and promise for the future are just some of what is signified by her presence. Remember, though, that new growth, in its infant stages, needs to be gently nurtured and guided to bring out the best of its potential. So, look both around and within you for these growth opportunities.
So where are you headed? Who is with you along for the ride? Is it another who will blend with you in an outward partnership, walking down a twin path hand-in-hand? Or, is your partnership found within yourself…is your Higher Self calling you to blend into that beautiful being that you always have been? That you truly are! Are you ready to nurture that partnership into Bliss?

Message from the Arcturian Group
 We see many starting to awaken; starting to recognize that there is change coming and much already here with regard to the way that life has been lived up to this time. We see many are beginning to let go of the idea that there is only one way to accomplish things, or only one way of understanding an issue. This is progress dear ones, because this means that more and more are opening up to the energies of light now pouring onto your planet. As a result, many who heretofore lived in fear and obedience are starting to take back their power.
It is time to let go. We have made this statement many times before, but we must say it again. You cannot carry that which is old and finished with you into the new energy; it is of a higher frequency. This is why many of you are experiencing headaches, flu like symptoms, ringing ears, sleep problems, and various aches and pains; you are releasing cellular memory and old dense energy still stored within your energy fields from lifetimes. Much is to be accomplished in the next few months. If you choose to remain a bystander, living life as usual, that is fine, it is your choice. But again we say, you cannot take the old and untrue energy with you into the new.
We see much about to occur with regard to world financial situations. Many countries are beginning to question, and amongst themselves are talking about new and better ways of financial working but you do not hear about these things, because your news is not open and true. It is on your Internet that you must search for the more open news.

Paying Attention
 What are you paying attention to?
Really. Consider what you are placing your attention on. Is your attention following your mental activity? Is your attention being spent on body sensation or to external noise?
If you are asked to put your attention on your right knee, you do so quite quickly and naturally, right? If you place your attention on your breathing it is the same. In your practice, when you’ve sat watching the space from which all movement of the mind seems to rise from and return back to, you will begin to pay more attention to THAT. And this is where your freedom lies.
So, first do a little experimenting with where your attention is drawn. Get to know the inner workings of you. Then notice that your practice is training your attention to be still. Next pay all of your attention to that space…the Source of all movement – the Source of infinite peace and eternal freedom.

Hello Rockettes and Rockhounds
I know everyone of you out there in the real world have had times when no matter how hard you tried or intended you just couldn’t pull that feeling of unconditional love out for a situation or a particular person. If you are completely honest with yourself and not just looking for a reason to come down on yourself, you would realize that the majority of the times this happens it’s because something that effects (not a good way) someone you care deeply about and you just can’t take the pain and fear of worrying about them constantly.
The universe knew that with our hearts so wide open there would be times when we would need something outside of our earthly selves to bring us back to harmony. Well they gave us a wonderful stone that does that perfectly, but it’s mostly known to us as a third eye stone and that’s what I’ve come to remember for. So like a ninny I allowed myself to go through these last two weeks tortured by the over whelming need to love unconditionally or just choke the living daylights out of some much loved family members and the political hoo-hah currently in the news.
 If I hadn’t finally reached for this stone to bring clarity to my spiritual vision I would not have remembered its chief function is that of unconditional love and healing the healer. And we all are healers ~ every mom, dad, sister, brother, etc. When you meditate with Prehnite it connects you to only the highest realm of energy. It’s a direct conduit to your Higher Self. It doesn’t connect to any lower realms. It enhances your ability to connect to Raphael and other healing sources. It brings you to a great sense of preparedness no matter what comes up. Truth, or Wannabe?
 I was reading through some of my older articles (before blogging) and ran across Truth, or Wannabe? It was written, obviously, not long after 9/11. As I read, it occurred to me that 2012 could easily replace 9/11 in the article. 2012 is a hot topic and much has been written and much is currently being discussed, well, everywhere!
Give it a try and see what you think:
There has been a plethora (I love that word!) of articles and books written since 9/11. They offer advise on how to go on, how to grieve, how to face your fears, how to cope, how to change the world, and even some proclaiming the end of the world. In my opinion, some were written from the heart, while others were written to make a buck. Some reinforce religious dogma, and some would have us building bomb shelters. Some are meant to exalt, and some are meant to tear down.
Like anything you read or intend to read, you’ll know the truth when you read it. The trick is knowing what is true for you, and what is merely evidence of what your ego wants you to believe.
