Did You Remember to Pack a Clean Pair of Underwear?
Here we are, summer is almost upon us. With our crazy weather you never know from day to day whether to pull out your shorts and flip flops or your have a sweater handy. It kinda feels like life too. I have learned to be prepared when the direction of my life takes an unexpected turn.
Check list – 1. Clean underwear. 2. Open mind and heart. 3. Willingness to let go of what no longer serves me. 4. Open arms to embrace what may be around the corner.
Does this feel like how things are manifesting lately? We can no longer expect life to flow as it did before. Follow your heart & your inner knowing. Stop second guessing yourself. Stop trying to make your ever expanding life fit into the same old square box. It is stuffy in the box and we can see you oozing out the sides. And like Mom always told us, "Pack a pair of clean underwear". You never know where the road may lead you. Be willing to listen to that small voice within. It will always lead you back home to yourself.

The Rune for June is: Algiz – Protection, Emotional control (Again!) 
In May, I pulled a random Rune from the Crown Royal sack that I keep them in and wrote about the message of Algiz... A wonderful message of growth, expansion and evolution... And this month I repeated the same random procedure... I shook the bag, centered in Divine Light and Love and pulled a single Rune to represent June’s energies... And Algiz was, once again, the choice! Why the repetition? Because the change that is happening globally is not small, not a flash in the pan, not insignificant... The change is monumental and glorious and ongoing... As I shared last month, everything is changing to what will be... And as it changes, staying in command of your emotions will be an important attribute to maintain. In fact, if you study the teachings which are being offered lately, almost all of them encourage Seekers to learn to be in command of their thoughts and their emotions and thereby... their manifestations.
Furthermore, Algiz is one of the Runes of the Spiritual Warrior. It doesn’t encourage the old-fashioned types of warrior protection or even the more ritualistic forms... Algiz teaches us to hold our vibration high... in fact, if your vibration is in the infinite frequencies of Unconditional Love; you are surrounded and filled with the protection of Source... And can you imagine any protection better than that?

The Glanconer – Illusion, Delusion, Lust, Projection, Clear Sight
For me, the message of The Glanconer in June is that it is time to stop living in the illusion (i.e. fear) and begin living in the only true reality (i.e. Unconditional Love). How can you know one from the other? Well, if you meditate and if you have developed clear communication with your own Inner Being, then you have developed the clear sight needed to do this. With every experience, take a moment to connect and notice if it feels good or feels bad... simple clarity easily understood.
And if you haven’t taken the time to develop your relationship with your Inner Being, The Glanconer urges you to get it done. Think of it as the difference between living with fear as part of your days or living without it... kind of an easy choice, isn’t it?!

Message from The Arcturian Group
Greetings dear ones. We are here once again to tell you of the great light we see flowing ever more powerfully from your earth. You are doing a fine job of adding light to the darkness of the old energy. It may seem as if there is nothing being changed, as if the world is instead growing worse because of all the chaos you see, but we can assure you that the chaos is a part of the cleansing and clearing process.
It is time for the many to re-evaluate their priorities and move forward. Everyone is being given the opportunity at this time to change; to change rigid ways of seeing and being and doing, and in the process release themselves from the old beliefs that have held them in bondage to "this is the way we have always done it, so this is how things must be done".
All that is real flows with a loving energy and the gentle movement of peace, love, and light. Everything carries a frequency, everything is energy. In the higher realms music, color, sounds, all vibrate with flowing peaceful and beautiful energy. So much that comes under the heading of music on earth is harsh and not uplifting. The energy of anything can flow in the high frequencies of light and love (which is nearer to Source energy), or descend to the lower, slower, and heavier, which is the story of earth and mankind in their journey toward enlightenment. You as a people, are now again moving upward after being in very heavy, dense energy.
You are doing a fine job even if it does not seem to be that way. Once an individual chooses to spiritually evolve, the "train leaves the station". All of mankind is feeling the new, even though some respond more easily than others. All of you reading this have chosen to be on earth at this powerful time and even if you do not realize it, are moving toward the goal. Never be afraid of any appearances for the truth is that nothing can ever separate you from your own Divine Selfhood whether on earth or off. Rest in that.

Hello Rocketes and Rockhounds
Well the world she is a changing and many of the sweetest and most positive change has come because of your willingness to walk through the fire and stay true to your beliefs. BRAVO! In your loving bid to bring about joy for all, you have been flung into some pretty big rings. Taking the time to bring yourself into balance, making yourself whole once again. All the time listening to the naysayers and those who aren’t ready to believe how wonderful and important they are in making this world shift. You may have felt alone, afraid and often just too darn tired to make another try. But you did, you kept going, not just for you but for all the wonderful new souls that just keep landing on our funky little planet! We cannot begin to express the awe and overwhelming love we feel for you. So to you who have reached their pinnacle and to those just starting to walk their walk, this stones for you.
How many times in your journey have you heard the words “That’s crazy? You’re unrealistic (being unrealistic means you’re creating your own reality). You’re a fool!” Well congratulations, you’re in great company. Our brother Pye (PYRITE) is commonly none as Fool’s Gold. And completely proves that believing in the energy of the fool can be a powerful healing place. Pyrite increases the energy in your power chakras (3rd). It helps you rise to any challenge. Your willpower is strengthened and empowered in helping you overcome any deep seated bad habits. You know the ones with roots down to your toes! It kicks fear and anxiety to da curb. It’s a great zapper for negative influences in one’s self and environment.

There Is A Fine Line
As you know, there is sometimes a very fine line between living in your day consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally. When I am teaching, one word you'll hear me say repeatedly is "notice." When you "notice" what the thoughts are going through your head, you bring yourself back to a conscious state and can ask yourself the (sometimes hard) questions, like: Why am I thinking that? What's really going on with me? Is it true?
I'm an observer, and a darn good one. There was a time in my life, though, that being an unconscious observer was how I avoided really living. I spent much of my time watching others do, play, work, and grow. I took notes, but never really jumped into the game. It was safer to sit back as a spectator and just do what absolutely had to be done, that which was required of me. I kept my emotions in check, and spoke little (unless I was with friends and felt safe - but even then....).
