Why is it when you look in the mirror you do not see in yourself qualities that others have no problem seeing when they look at you?  Whether they are perceived as good or bad, sometimes we have a hard time admitting they are there.  I say I know my “role” this life time and I am good at what I do.  I use my intuition to help keep the flow moving.  I introduce this person to that person because they can help each other and in turn make a difference in bringing more love and light to our world.

 

 

If you visit the store and ask for assistance, I maybe guided to help you find a book, stone, music or jewelry that will help you along your path.  Sometimes it’s just an understanding shoulder to cry on or an ear to bend.  Or it could be you have information to share that needs to be passed along to the next person who walks in.  Oh yea, and the Hugs!!!

 

Now I think there maybe more to my “role” than I can see in the mirror.  Not sure what it looks like yet and I’m excited for the path before me, even if I don’t know the destination.  Our world is changing fast and we can either embrace it and change along with it or stay stagnate in our old ways of being.  I think I’ll close my eyes, click my heels and allow the magic to happen.  Are you ready to look in the mirror and see “Who You Really Are” without the fear and self-judgments?  I Am.  Change is coming, are you excited?

We of the Arcturian Group say to you all that you are doing a fine job of the shift, in spite of the chaos many of you are experiencing and seeing.  We tell you that although these experiences are very difficult, it is the only way in which consciousness is able to shift for many.  There are those who would never shift their awareness from what they have always known; from that which is comfortable, and which still serves them.

 

The chaos of the storms is serving to break up energy that was stagnant and old.  Energy that needed to be removed and transmuted.   As a result, many are being forced to adjust rigid belief systems and ways of thinking.   Although this may seem very harsh (and it is), we see those involved quickly moving into new states of consciousness.  It is a "kick out of the box" so to speak.

Gaia is using these methods to transmute and shift her energy, bringing herself into alignment with that which is new and higher in order for the coming changes to manifest.

I don't text on my mobile phone much but my daughter does. Sometimes she comes to me quite upset about a text she received, reading way more into it than what is being said. The fact is: words were typed. The actual story behind the words is up to interpretation of the reader. We are all using texts and emails and other social media to communicate more and more. I wrote this article ten years ago (Anna is now 28!), and it is still timely, maybe even more so now. Blessings.

 

 

When I was young, I was taught to talk. Then I was taught how to talk. Respectfully, politely, using the proper volume, and never speaking in anger. The hardest part was using the proper “tone-of-voice.” Still is, sometimes.

Fear of saying the wrong words in the wrong tone-of-voice too softly or too loudly literally kept my mouth shut. Of course, I didn’t understand about body language yet, so when I got “How dare you look at me like that” it was as though my mind had been read, my thoughts heard, in, of course, the wrong tone-of-voice. Oh, the guilt of it all!

Without being aware of what I was doing, I began talking less and being careful not to show emotions when I did. To do that, I had to suppress my feelings and don a magical mask that knew how to change to keep the other person comfortable.

These were not conscious choices my young self was making. They were unconscious, mechanical choices made to protect and assure survival.
