Happy New Year!!! We have arrived! It’s time to claim your prize and move into the New Year. The prize is you! You are the brave, loving exceptional being who always knows what to do next. You have adjusted your sails and have charted the next best course to take. Who else but you could have done what you did this last year? No one in your shoes could have done better than you've done, with where you began, what you had, and all you've been through. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done and let’s move into the New Year with our heads held high knowing that this next year will be everything we decide it will be. New adventures await, are you excited?

What an amazing way to end the year! Jamie Kramer from ABC 29&8 Up North Live spent the last week of December experiencing some of the services we offer here. She received Reiki from Kafi, Channeled Reading from Daniele, Hypnosis from Jennifer and Raindrop Therapy from me. Also live in the studio with Erika Erickson there was a Tarot Reading with Kafi and Astrology for the New Year with Marggi. Thank you Jamie and Erika, we had a blast! The daily news clips were informative, fun and very well put together. We will post all the clips on our Facebook Fan page.

Hello Rockhounds and Rockettes
Are we ready for the New Year? Or are some of you silently screaming Nooooooo, I haven’t processed this year’s junk yet. Well have no fear for I gift you with the 911 of stones. Our sister GARNET. Her mighty fires will consume but not burn. I will help balance and set you back on your feet. Most people know of my protective properties, so here are some traits you may not be aware of.
 My abilities to not only pull you out of crisis but help you understand the wheres and whys of it all. Especially the ones that make you feel like there’s no way out and nothing can help (sometimes logic can be our worst enemy). I help your survival instinct to kick in fully and give you the strength and will to continue. My energies help to align your more frantic vibrations into ~ I willingly except assistance mode ~ so that the right people and offers will arrive in your life.
Say you wanted more money in your wallet, place me with any of the abundance stones (moss agate, aventurine, malachite and so on) and let my powers of amplification expand their abilities. Need a clear head? Hold me to your third eye and let me calm the waters and remove useless distractions.
One of Kafi’s favorite meditations is to sit quietly with a Garnet in her hand, closing her fingers over it until the warmth of her hand mingles with the warmth of the stone. She gently blows her breath into her hand and the stone making them one. Then relax back and simply breathe until your breath finds IT’S BEAT. Feel the warmth and color of the Garnet begin to fill your hand. Let it move up your arm and into your shoulder. Allow it to contuine to move through you until your hold body is filled and encased in my beautiful energy. Sit with this at least five minutes or more as I ground and strengthen your spine and your courage. When you’re ready to come back, release this energy with a sigh and the sound of AAAAHH. You will not believe the sense of clarity and steadiness that you bring back with you.
So reach for Garnet and let her take you into the New Year with pride, self acceptance and courage. Be all that you desire and desire all that you are.

2011:The Magic of "Begin Within"
We've heard it before in many ways - Know Thyself - what does that mean for us in a world full of seemingly endless options? These two words describe the best way for each of us to reconnect to our Gifts that we've held so closely, for so long. It's a call to all Lightworkers to open our hearts and minds to receive our answers from Within. There is no outside source that can provide information that fits us better than our own Inner Guidance. The "One" that resides in our Heart Center brings valuable insights when we choose to consult and then Listen...remaining open to receiving the nudge, the calling or the song that emerges in response.
This is truly a Magical time to be on the planet - Do you feel it? Even the Heavens are in support of the Magic we carry within...on December 21, we experienced a Total Lunar Eclipse along with a Full Moon and the Winter Solstice. On Tuesday, January 4, we will experience a partial Solar Eclipse, along with the first New Moon of 2011. Themes of Completion and New Beginnings are evident in these celestial events, as well as taking time out for Reflection.....the call to "Begin Within".
Having recently relocated, I experienced the magic of the "world" I created to support who I THINK I am, in contrast to the Magic of my timeless, radiant spirit, perfectly allowing me to create my "world" or instantly change it to reflect more of the Light behind the person I imagine myself to be. The game of hiding from ourselves is fading fast...are you ready for the Wonder and Magic this new year holds?

Be Happy - Write It Down!
  I'm sure there is a lot of blogging going on about the New Year and resolutions and setting goals. Well, I have just one recommendation for you. Make Being Happy your goal. Then write it down - everywhere!
You are saying, "Silly Ricki, of course being happy is my goal! It's always my goal! That's the purpose of being human, to be happy."
Ah, I say, but do you remember? Do you wake up each and every morning and say to yourself, "Today I will Be Happy!" I bet you don't. I know, because I don't. And you are me and I am you and so on and so on.
